Thus, our actions can be summarized as follows:

• Fertilize solidarity between Beninese established in the USA and the Caribbean;
• Encourage active participation of these citizens in the political, socio-cultural and economic life of Benin;
• Orient the national policy, for an optimal protection, management and promotion of Beninese abroad in general and of those living in the USA and the Caribbean in particular;
• Stimulate investments in Benin, by nationals of the USA and the Caribbean, and ensure their security;
• Deploy strategies for the effective safeguard of the interests of fellow expatriates;
• Influence the development and implementation of a successful integration policy for Beninese abroad, in the socio-cultural and economic sectors of their country of origin;
• Encourage bilateral exchanges between Benin and the host countries, on the cultural, economic and sporting levels;
• Prevent discriminatory acts between Beninese expatriates and residents, for more harmonious relations;
• Strengthen links with the historical diaspora and facilitate its integration in Benin;
• Promote service provision.

All these actions are obviously orchestrated, in symbiosis with the members of the diaspora of the USA and the Caribbean. The political and administrative authorities are also called upon, for more conclusive results
